Does anyone know if 119 is a 24 hour service?
Every time I phone them they just say they are busy, please phone back later.

Online 119 informed me of only one place I could get my Booster which did not suit me. So I went onto my Council's website and that gave me the full list of places now and in the near future where I could go. So I chose off there. Why don't you do the same and look at your Council's website Barsel?
I booked an appointment online and went on Saturday but my GP has told me I have to have a half dose of the Modena vaccine and they didn't have it.
I called at the pharmacy that was doing them, and they didn't have it either.
There's absolutely no way of finding out where and when I can have that particular vaccine but I was hoping someone on 119 might know.

From the NHS website,
"Which COVID-19 vaccine will I get?
Most people will be offered a booster dose of the Pfizer/BioNTech vaccine or Moderna vaccine.
This means your booster dose may be different from the vaccines you had for your 1st and 2nd doses.
Some people may be offered a booster dose of the Oxford/AstraZeneca vaccine if they cannot have the Pfizer/BioNTech or Moderna vaccine."
Has your doctor explained why you must have only the Moderna jag?
