Do you watch it? What did you think of today's host's cooking? I for one can't get over how much trouble she went to - stuffing baby squid; buying fresh, live crab for her delicious looking soup; strawberry kebabs sticking out of a silver vase and then for the main course, she just BOILED a lovely joint of pork! It looked dry and very boring. Do you agree?

Yes totally agree - I suppose most people who appear on it want to impress as much as possible with their menu, but as the other contestants mentioned, sometimes it's just over the top if it takes sooo long to prepare last minute.

The soup and dessert both looked nice, but I wouldn't have like the rest of it! But then again, I'm not one for fancy food at all! The boiled pork put me off too....

And I did feel a bit sorry for the crab really. But it was funny when it grabbed the fishmonger!!

i thought that she did maybe put in a bit too much effort, but then again its all to win money so why not?
i thought the man (peter?) was horrible about everything, probably just because he thought he would lose now! i didnt think there was any need to be so picky about everything like "the chinese wouldnt put their chopsticks like that".
i did find it quite funny when she didnt put the squid on his plate as it served him right! then it was stupid when he said 'it was only a joke!'.. yeah right!
