I can’t imagine life without this regal lady, from being a small girl and celebrating her coronation to seeing her at 95 yrs old , a working lady
I wish her well but I know the law of averages says we will lose her and that saddens me

My Mum went into hospital at 95 with diverticulitis and perforated bowel. After 5 weeks she came out and after 10 days in an appalling rehab centre she then went into a nursing home and survived happily for another 3½ years. I well remember Her Majesty's Coronation and while not a Royalist, on a personal basis I very much admire Betty and I'm sure she's got years...

I know a lot don’t like the Royals, their choice but I will find it extremely sad seeing this lady leave us
It will be a sad day
She's got a few years left in her yet (I hope!!)
This is what comes of telling Her Maj to stop drinking and her following the advice. At 95, I think I'd be telling them off

Hi Alba , if I were age I’d say bu££er orf lol
Hi Bobbs xx
I'd be asking if the Tower was still functioning :-)

Will be a very sad day when her time comes.

Heard the news on the radio, the presenter handled 'breaking the news' very well
She’s back at Windsor, now. I don’t think there’s any reason to think she’ll leave us soon.

Long Live Our Noble Queen.
I can't see the point of stopping a 95 year old lady from having a little bit of what she fancies.

Me either roo, ridiculous!
Oh I didn't know that, that's a shock. I must admit when I saw her out and about one day last week, the day she didn't wear a hat, I thought for the first time how frail she was looking and of course her walking is becoming slightly more laboured. It would be very sad indeed if she didn't make her platinum anniversary next year. I've grown up with her as our Monarch and it will be a sad and sorry day, for me, when we lose her.
I also agree about allowing her to have a little of what she fancies at her great age !

Morning BS, me too I recall as a small girl of 7 ,standing on a table and singing this song, for which I won a red white and blue ball and a coronation mug :0))

Morning Bobbs. I don't remember the actual Coronation as I was only a toddler, but there is a large black and white photo in one of Mum's albumns of a group of kids from toddler to teenage all gathered together, celebrating. I'm one of the little 'uns' sat at the very front and my Grandma is there, smiling widely.

yes, despite recent medial advances, the death rate remains at 100%
Yes, she has been around for so long that when she goes it will be a big event. Mind you, the way she is living she could outlive us all.
