The way I look at it is this.
Charles and William and family are happy to show pictures taken by them or of them as possibly pre-arranged, and I've never heard of any of them being chased by the paparazzi as photos of them probably would fetch them much dosh, but, because H&M are being so secretive and the pictures of them would fetch a lorra lorra money, they are more likely to be chased by the paparazzi and that's exactly what Harry DIDN'T want. Go figure.
