If You Were God
40 Answers
How would you show mankind that you
1) existed?
2) That you want the best for your creation?
3) That YOUR religion is the right one?
Personally, I would create a system (been God, I could do what I want) that informs everyone on Earth, that I am God...
You wouldnt know how, but *I* would, being omniscient etc
That everyone on Earth knows me.
And they have the right to reject me if they want (without fear)
If I was God, I certainly wouldnt be insecure and worried about how people worshipped me,,,unless I was a totally insecure sort of being.
Ive existed for billions of years, worshippless anyway.
Why would I want a few thousand years of worship?
If I was God.....
Id have something concrete to say.....
(not just interpretations)

If I was god...
Let's just say you'd know it. But I would make sure everyone knew in their core of being that I wasn't giving them any rules, except thou shall not create a religion around me for if you do your life will be a short and painful one. Oh yes and be kind to animals, better have that one can't trust some humans,

If there was any physical evidence for God, however small, you would have to believe in Him. There would be no other rational response would there?
However God doesn't want to force people to believe in Him, He gives you a choice.
That is where faith comes in.
For starters spend some time studying the nature around you. Then start to marvel at the Creator God who made all this.
After this read the book of Romans in the Bible. Probably the best introductionary account of the Christian faith there is.

Surely that is a question you and your fellow fervents should ask yourselves and each other.
Hardly a day goes by without one or other of you posting a question about your faith, and then prevaricating, swerving and ignoring until the thread dies, and then doing it all again another day.
You are the ones who doubt - yours are the questions - the atheists on here are perfectly content with their view of God.
