How Many Emails?

I use Outlook 2013 and I know I've got loads of emails, but not exactly how many, so is there a mailcount or similar in Outlook and where would I find it?...taking into account I'm the No 1 techno-duffer! Ta Muchly and Keep Well All.

click on the folder and a count is at the top

If you put your old emails that you don't need to keep into the bin and the ones that are spam are they not cleared automatically after 30 days? Mine are

Okay TTT, I'll click on the folder - whichever folder that is? - and see what happens - I did say I was No. 1 thicko...well, techno-duffer, but anyway...does folder mean mail package - and don't roll your eyes or throw up your arms in disbelief or even throw up, there are those among us or me among me who iz fik!...smile.

right click on the folder, eg inbox, select "properties", on the "general" tab click "show total number of items"
