Many thanks, ProfessorMaisie, dannyk13, jj109, I got some of them, but am not satisfied with my parsing. Phibs seems to be somewhat obscure at times. I'm left with these final two clues. Help, please!

Thanks, Matakari. I have the parsings for those two answers as I felt 'going to the dogs' and Polo mints might be unfamiliar to you!
