Chicken. Not too keen on roast beef, can sometimes be a bit chewy ..
I like all roast dinners. I'm least inclined to cook beef because I'm never happy with the end result, apart from when I do beef wellington with a whole chateaubriand but that sort of thing is reserved for special occasions.

I'm actually thinking of ordering a Capon from my local butcher and a rack of Venison from Waitrose for Christmas day.
Roast beef first, lamb a close second.
Chicken or beef, I don’t like Pork and find lamb a bit greasy
It has to be beef, and it has to be rib off beef, and it has to be rare. I don't like any other meat, fowl or game but I appreciate really good sausages, but not with a roast.
I would be happy with a plate of veg with beef gravy though.

Roast dog with chilli sauce. Puppies are more tender than little lambs.

For Christmas, swan meat much tastier than turkey.
Pork!! With plenty of Apple sauce.
lashings of horseradish with beef .with lamb i like more lamb ,fish loads of tartar x
Rib of beef on the bone, nice and pink. Also like lamb too. Not keen on pork and not keen on turkey, but make an exception at Christmas as it’s only once a year!
I don't eat a lot of meat, but occasionally I do like roast beef, has to be tender though, with horse radish. I do like lamb sometimes but needs to sliced thinly. I find it a bit rich. Oh, with lots of mint sauce.
Rare roast beef first with horseradish
Close second pork with apple sauce
Lamb with mint sauce (although I prefer this cold)
Chicken meh but has to be with bread sauce and plenty of dark meat
Lamb or gammon. Love both, although I don't dislike most traditional roast meats.
Probably lamb as long as it med-rare and well rested. Beef not far behind (the rib especially and saignant) - but then chicken and duck can be good and any game bird.
That's a great link from Divegirl, and I would urge everybody to read it - especially the "About Us" link at the foot of the opening page.

It very neatly shows how pious and preachy vegans are, and how they (wrongly) feel they're have a higher moral standing than people who choose to eat meat. The "About Us" page is so 'worthy' and aren't we really great people, and aren't non-vegans worse than the Devil herself, that it is laughable.

I shall be using Divegirl's link again.
:)
