Annoying Phonecall

Phonecall from insulation people re loft insulation.
Had this call so many times. Told him nothing wrong with our loft insulation.
Asked him to remove our number from his list.
He said no, no, no. I asked him are you actually refusing to stop calling me. He said yes.
I asked him again to stop calling me. He again said no.
I told him I will hang up when he next calls.
What would you do regarding this.

He had the nerve to ring again today! I reminded him of yesterday's call then hung up. I blocked his call.

I've had him too, he's been ringing every day for a week now, i tell him every day that i couldnt give a monkeys about the loft as I'm moving next week, but still he calls again i haven't picked it up for a few days now.
