old sinatra film?

I saw a film late at night about five years ago, I think it had Frank Sinatra in it. It was a horror/thriller film about a group of young men (I think Sinatra was one of them) who killed a woman by pushing a car into water. She then comes back to haunt them. It was a while ago I watched it, so the details are a bit hazy. I cannot find it anywhere.
