Plf For Canary Island Query

Asking for someone else. The person completed, or so he thought correctly his entry PF for Tenerife. When his QR code was sent to him it’s headed “ Transit “ His wife’s which he completed is headed something different. He told me, when completing his form it didn’t ask for place he will be staying. The wife’s form it did. Obviously, without seeing it, he’s filled his wrong. I told him by txt to start another form for himself. Is this possible once he’s submitted his original. Thanks.
