Skeleton Sunday Express
2 Answers
Hi All,
I remember fondly helping my Mother with the Skeleton Crossword in my younger days.
I have recently begun to attempt to complete it myself. Something about crosswords and quizzes just gets into the blood or is inherited in the genes.
Now to my issue, although there is reward enough in completing this crossword and on the rare occasion that I do, I will post my solution to The Sunday Express.
The following week I excitedly check the winners only to be bought swiftly back to earth as my name never appears.
Not only does my name never appear but I have never seen a winner selected from my part of the world.
My question being - Have any of the Answerbank users ever seen an Irish winner or perhaps even been selected as a winner from the Republic of Ireland of the Sunday Express crosswords.
Perhaps my stamp money might be better off spent elsewhere!
thanks a million for any help.
