How Much Should I Ask?

My father start drive Uber recently.
He have 2013 LEXUS RX350 want to switch with my 2018 TOYOTA RAV4 HYBRID cause he believe it will save some gas money.
I still have a 1-year loan of $577.9 per month
He said he gonna give me $200 each month, is it worth it? How much should I ask?
He uses it almost every day. I believe this one will become dilapidated by then. I need to get a new one myself if it's too expensive to fix it.

I wouldn't ask anything because I wouldn't be switching. If he needs a better car then he needs to get his own.
