Bird lime on paintwork
Is there a reliable and safe way of removing the matt resudue to paintwork left by seagull lime?
I have washed and polished the area which is now matt and dull compared with the gloss shine elsewhere?

You can also try it yourself with somthing like T-Cut (from your local car accessary store). but it will not look as good and is easy to go to far with the cut and damage your paintwork.
so to answer your question.. Paint/Body shop is the safe / reliable way you are looking for.
