I imagine that pamella sees the 'Mark as Best Answer' at the start of replies to her question and thinks that 'Mark' is the respondents name, rather than the username underneath the member's avatar. After all most 'usernames' don't look like names do they? Most of them (pamella's included) aren't capitalised.
