Euro 04 Song

A song was used as the backing to the final clips of England in Euro04 just after they'd lost to Portugal. The song had the lyrics 'the best is still unwritten' and 'no one else can speak the words on your lips'. But whats the song called and who is it by does anyone know?

Hi, Right I have been all over the net to find and also posted question on my profile on faceparty. but i have sent a fair few emails to the bbc site - they have a section under hot tune where people ask all their queries re music played during sports things etc . anyway, they have said they will be answering all questions re euro 2004 asap. send them a mail if you want and it might show more interest. FEAR NOT I WILL PROVIDE ANSWER!!!
