Does anyone have a really strong dislike of something weird? Personally, if I am in a room and someone is snoring (or even if it is on TV) I have to leave the room! Also I feel physically sick at the thought of touching loose hairs, you know the way you get them on the back of your clothes? *shudder* any others?

When someone rubs a balloon or a wet plastic bag an you get a sort of screechy sound!!
the sound of a pile of plates clinking together and the sort of squeak of things touching the ice in the freezer
What really gets to me is when you are trying to explain or tell someone something and midway through what you are saying they go:

"mmm mmm, I know what you mean, I agree mmm mmm, I know what you're saying"

They obviously can't! Because Ihaven't even finished the statement!
I know what you mean.......
I am sooo glad I read this as I'm on the verge of quitting my job every day due those horrific eating noises. Didn't used to bother me massively, but over the last 6 months it's got really bad to the point that I'm like Llamatron and go from placid to extreme rage in seconds.

It got really bad one day last week when the person involved ate a Mars Bar in the morning, then sandwiches with garlic (in a small office!) noisily and then another sandwich later on. And since it can take them half an hour to do this, there's only so much time I can escape from the office.

I also hate being left in the office on my own incase the phone rings. Nothing against it ringing, but due to a hearing problem, it's much harder to pickup what people are saying. This has now turned into a kindof paranoia about the phone although I'm slowly getting better.
I HATE people that bang their cutlery on the plate when they're eating.....BANG CLANG CLANG.....and i agree with the eating noises, oh and cutlery on the teeth actually makes me shudder and cringe. Also squeezing cotton wool balls that kind of creeking feeling it makes. I don't know how i get thru day 2 day life really haha!!!
My dentist has printed on my notes in big red letters DO NOT USE COTTON WOOL as I go to pieces if he puts any in my mouth.

I also hate anyone drying wood with a towel - like a wooden spatular or chopping board - both of which are banned from my kitchen.
