It starts with a girl who's running away from something and she ends up in a house of a religious man (I think he was like an imam or something similar?)? Please help my grandma loved the show and I forgot what it was called!!

Is it an old drama or new? The only Turkish drama I have watched is The Gift on netflix.

Are you thinking of Ethos? This is a Netflix Turkish series which I can recommend - very beautiful to watch and very powerful.

The show looked fairly new, couldn't have been older than 2010s. Unfortunately its not The Gift or Ethos. It wasn't a show on Netflix.
