Have tried it a few times and can't make it sound right. It's for a business post for FB.

Need to say... hope you are ok, too busy, can't fit anyone else in, thanks, but please stop ringing.... but also to contact if desperate or emergency, basically.

I've written it out a few times now, but it either looks like- pee off, or we don't care.

Can anyone please help me balance it? X

"Hi

I hope that you're OK. Unfortunately I'm too busy to take on extra commitments at the moment, so I'd appreciate it if you didn't try to call me unless it's a real emergency.

Regards,

Pixie"

[PS: I've just posted on your Woodelf's site thread].

Thank you all xx that's much more professional than I had got! X
We are experiencing a high number of calls at present so if your query is non-urgent and can wait until the New Year please call us back in 2022 so as to allow us to answer calls from those most in need at Christmas Time. If your query is urgent please call and we will endeavour to answer as soon as we can.

We wish you all a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.

Thanks lcg x will mix a few of these together!
'I hate to say it but we are flat out at the moment in looking after with our existing client portfolio - and in our quest to offer them the best care that we can and that makes us unique.

I also hate to say it but please don't call us unless you don't know who to turn to or are in an emergency situation. We can't guarantee anything at this time but we'll strive to accommodate you or at, the very least, offer some pragmatic advice for you to consider.'
Perhaps a little splicing with LCG's as to Christmas and the NY!
comma wrong back there!
