Pcr Test...no Booster
13 Answers
Daughter went for covid booster, but as she'd had a pcr test on Saturday they would not give the booster. She was told she needs to wait a week.
Has anyone else heard of this? What's the reasoning behind it?

If you have symptoms, you should book a PCR test and self-isolate until you get your results. You should not attend a booster appointment or clinic if you are waiting for your results. You can rearrange your appointment for a later date.//
I am getting very ruly or protocolly after a series of addle-brained threads on AB - to wit - if a govt protocol says X
then do X
and NOT argue the point about X, wonder about the future of the universe, wonder seriously if should do Y, and then as an after thougth chuck in doing Z

One of the questions they ask for the jabs, is if you have had any symptoms in the last 7 days. I guess, even if the results are right, she might still have/ had a chest infection, or something similar, I'm sure they are just waiting until her immune system is well again, before they challenge it with a booster.
