Has anyone ever recorded a football song that was actually good pop song in its own right, and not just a glorified terrace anthem? And for those abouit to suggest 'World in Motion', I have three words: John Barnes rapping.

Baddiel and Skinner's 'Three Lions' was a good song I thought. Sure it was perfect for the terraces but that was because it was better than any other song that had been written for football. I'd listen to it.
