Hello everyone. This is me again and I hope you all doing well. Please anyone can proofread my email? Actually, I got an interview invitation and they have requested a few documents which I have to show them at the time of interview but I have to confirm without these documents I can come or not?
Thank you in advance.

------
Thank you for inviting me for an interview.
Before coming for an interview I would like to tell you that this is my first job in Germany and I don’t have social security number. As I have private health insurance and they could not provide me a social security number, however, I have requested them my social security number but they said I will be issued with a social security number when I will start my first job in Germany and also I recently completed my city registration so I have to receive my tax ID yet and I hoping I will get this within two to three weeks.

I just want to confirm that without these documents can I come for the interview?
I would be appreciating your positive response.
Thanks and regards,

Thank you for inviting me for an interview.

As this would be my first job in Germany I do not have a social security number yet. I have been told that I will be given it when I start my first job. I currently have private health insurance.

I recently completed my city registration so I have yet to receive my tax ID. I am hoping I will get this within two to three weeks.

I just want to confirm if I am still able to attend the interview without these documents.

I look forward to your response.

Thanks and regards,
^^^ I like Tuvok's draft. My only criticism would be that 'confirm if' is poor grammar. One 'confirms that', or possibly 'checks if', but 'confirm if' simply doesn't work.

I'd prefer something along the lines of . . .
"I would be grateful if you could confirm that it will be acceptable for me to attend the interview without those documents".
