He came from Rathdrum County Wicklow Arklow born in 1832 and died in 1886 I know that he married a Catherine Kennedy but cannot find out when they married and how many children they had be grateful for any help

Hi, Karan and welcome to AB. I think the best you can do it to trawl all the Irish Ancestry sites and find one that may suit you best.

It's difficult here in Ireland. So many records were lost when the GPO was blown up.
My own don't go back very far as the priest holding the records set fire to the church and we lost them.
Lost or destroyed church records was common in Ireland during the war of independence.
That's all I can tell you....not much help I know. You may get someone to come along and help you more....I wish you luck....it's hard work!

Do you belong to a library? They have Ancestry worldwide records that you can access.
