Whilst I accept you could have asked about amendments in a more general way, I could have warned you not to step on the toes of this one GG. I queried an answer via email some time ago and for my temerity was asked to never darken their doors again. To think I volunteered on behalf of others on this site, it wasn't quite the reaction I was expecting.
This quiz is 'no asking' and this question is one I couldn't get so sent in with a blank space. Why can't people adhere to the rules set by the quiz setter and send in with blank spaces rather than cheating. No asking means just that which includes not asking for clues.
If people buy this quiz regularly they will also know the quiz setters rules.
Granny, if you wanted to know if there was an amendment, it would have been acceptable if you had just asked if an amendment had been made to Qu 40 of this quiz rather than entering the whole question?
Ok I thought God was fair. Just saying is 40 correct might not mean much to those that done it already and sent it off. The clue and letter count helps people remember.
I'd have got this one
Hellywelly4 on a different thread said I appreciate that this is a 'no asking' quiz. I'm not asking for the answer - please don't give it to me but was still given the answer.
Abject apologies I thought that I had made it clear that I DIDN'T want answers I have seen where this sort of question is asked only to get a post saying 'what is the question' I cannot do right for doing wrong. So sorry folks
