On one occasion, someone mentioned 'leapfrog' and the new French assistant asked "What is this 'leap frog'?". She then received a mass demonstration, with all the staff playing leapfrog around the staffroom for ages, while the kids outside looked on totally baffled ;-)

I was an Anne Summers rep for a while, did some very strange parties, one was for a group of deaf women. One of them translated my latter into sign. It was hilarious. Sad thing was a lot of reps had turned them down ( back in the 1980s)
