Brain Games Crossword and new layout.
VERY disappointed in the DT, no Brain Games Crossword and whoever designs their layouts clearly doesn't do the crosswords - the old layout of the GK crossword was much more convenient, no page fold getting in the way - same goes for the Sunday crosswords. Grrrrr!

There's a strapline at the top saying 'Brilliant new puzzles pull-out with more brainteasers than ever before'. Evidently not.

I'd planned my time today so I could do the BG crossword and Big X Sudoku. Very disappointing that they didn't appear.

No one could be more disappointed than me,I only buy the last Sat in the month for the BrainGames crossword , really liked it, sorry I won’t bother end of next month, this one just doesn’t “do it” for me, bye folks from Dee x

Same here. Only used to get DT on last Sat of each month. They've also changed Sunday's puzzles as well. The Griddler is way too big. Certainly won't get the DT again, maybe not ST.

I'm also bitterly disappointed that the Brain Games Crossword is no more. Only bought the Daily Telegraph on the last Saturday of the month but not anymore. The end of a era.

I am disappointed too. Don't buy it in the week but will not buy the Sat Telegraph any more as the crossword and etc were the only good bits. It has ruined one of my Saturday treats.

DT customer services have confirmed to me this morning that the DT puzzles should be returning to normal this coming weekend. The Brain Games crossword should also appear on Sat 5th Feb and then revert to the last Saturday each month. They apologised for the inconvenience.

I full agree with all writers. Nice to see I am not alone.'Brain Games01' has saved me writing to the paper.

Apart from occasional Sundays I only buy the DT now on the last Saturday in the month for Brain Games and Big X etc. I won't be doing that from now on, what a shame. Rather remiss of them to advertise it as a new and improved section!
