morning, Sunday already, where has the week gone. I hope that you are all as well as can be and that the day is a good one for you. Anything planned for today? I have a phone call coming at 10am from a friend in NI, and a mate dropping by for coffee later on i hope. Apart from that no other plans.

i have tried a concoction of tablets but none work, so stopped taking them. tried the voltarol cream, gel but that was a waste of money.

Morning all, wet and windy here - was last night when I drove back to base and still is. Nothing planned other than coffee in an hour and work later. Other than that, it will be watching France Italy muddle around with the oval ball.
