However I love a good corned beef hash and I know that some can be full of flavour but others are very bland. Based upon that (and knowing what is that distinguishes them), I'd suggest adding some Worcestershire sauce and possibly some mustard too. The well-respected Pinch of Nom website seems to agree with me!

This website suggests using tomato ketchup or chutney. (Of the two, I'd definitely go for the chutney; I'm not a fan of tomato ketchup. Branston pickle would seem to be a good choice to me). Their recipe also includes garlic, which would suit my tastes:

I recently came across this Club House Parmesan and herb spice. It's quite tasty and really versatile and would probably add some oomph to your pasties...I's even jazzes-up scramble-eggs: https:/ /www.go ogle.co m/searc h?clien t=firef ox-b-d& amp;q=p armesan +and+he rb+seas oning
Please try a Cornish pasty - though, in theory, you should have Cornish heritage. Anyway forget using corned beef - period! recipe
Try this - they're very good....
