On 11th February I got the answer right in three tries, ending with ULTRA in green meaning that was the right answer. But another aber put a link up which showed all the correct answers from January and February so far and the correct answer for that day was ULCER. So it appears that there can be more tan one correct answer. Just so you know!

No ULCER and ULTRA were answers on different days, a few days apart.
Ulcer was a little while ago. I remember doing Wordle on that day.
Actually just checked, 11th was ULCER, 12the was ULTRA.
I’m sure my friend is cheating and using a word finder. Today he used ROSIN at 2nd. Not a word he would know.
Gromit, so easy to cheat. Just do the same Wordle on several different devices and browsers.
What's the point of cheating, no satisfaction in that. I started with ounce today and got it in three with more luck than judgement
Cheating is sad, you're only making yourself feel inadequate.
I play it on whichever device I'm using when I think about it. I'll be glad when we can log in and save our stats across devices and browsers

ULCER was on her 11th the day that I typed n ULTRA and it went green.
Could it be to do with time differences? I clearly remember ulcer and ultra being on different days.
Does she live in a different time zone?
I was going to ask about this. My OH and I both did Saturday's on that day. He was correct with Ultra and I was correct with Ulcer. We both did it in the main part of the day.
At least on the older version of Wordle, you could cheat pretty effectively by viewing the page source and finding the entire word list, in order, for the next several hundred days. It looks like this still works, although I'd encourage people not to try it anyway.

Regardless, there can be only one correct answer per day.
I have checked my list and ULCER was definitely on 11th and ULTRA on 12th
Can't understand why anyone would want to cheat, you're only fooling yourself

Prudie, so you and your husband were both correct with the two words ULTRA and ULCER.
Do the new words appear at midnight local time or is it midnight GMT?
Question Author
I usually read the mail online in bed and also do the Worldle which seems to change to a new set of blank squares at midnight.
Why would anyone bother to cheat? It's just a bit of fun. No rewards!
It seems it changes at midnight GMT so different answers could be shown for the same dates depending upon the location of the website or person updating the lists.
