I have been told to use Savlon to treat a wound with stitches and make the swelling go down, will Boots Antiseptic Cream do the same thing?

probably tho' I have found some of Boots own brand stuff is not as effective as branded remedies.

(I mourn the passing of Rinstead pastilles for mouth ulcers - not found anything that works nearly as well)
