Is there a way for a photo camera with one SD card slot to record video to two media simultaneously? Record to SD card and stream video or to SD that supports 2 micro SD cards and can record to them simultaneously.

It would be possible if the camera has an output connection which outputs the video stream while recording to internal SD card.

I don’t even use the camera output connector on my camera to transfer recorded images/video to my laptop – the output may only serve that purpose, and not provide a video stream.

You will need a video capture program on your PC/laptop to view/capture the live stream output, if available.

If the camera has a video stream out, in theory there is no limit to the number of capture devices that you could connect.
