This story is wrong in so many ways...allowing an underage girl to post selfies on tiktok...resulting in the killing of a stalker by her father (ok, so he protected her then)...but continuing to allow her to post photos. I guess the almighty $$$ wins.

The thread bothers me for a lot of reasons. It isn't illegal to sell selfies at any age (unless they are nude, I think).
She has some lucrative work earning money, and I never like the idea that a young female should be punished or restricted, because of how other people might behave.

Her dad acted entirely appropriately in the circumstances, self-defence against an armed lunatic at the door. But, to prevent her continuing, is almost telling her that her behaviour caused it.

Yes, and one that gave you the opportunity to skirt around my question without answering it.

I ask again, had the girl had been a victim of murder, would you have stood by your claim that she deserved her fate?

Pixie, there are loads of things that aren't illegal, but to my mind may not be age appropriate. I'm not sure a 14year old...her age when she started... will necessarily grasp the possible consequences of her actions. On that basis, I'd certainly not blame her, but I'd question why her parents allowed it in the first place.

Glad to hear it.

Also unsurprising to see your initial statement was a prime example of someone talking out of their rear end.
If you say so dear
You said so yourself cupcake, when you contradicted yourself. ☺
