Dim. Find the image that you want to use and upload it to a picture file on your system. Something like File Explorer(pictures) if you are using Windows on a pc or laptop. Then make an account with Gravatar(Wordpress) use the Same Email address there as you are using for Answerbank. Then upload an image and crop it as instructed and set it as your avatar. Beware that this image may well appear on other sites that use gravatar. You can load other images and swap as you feel inclined.
