I am with Santander and want to up my savings ie going from 200-£400 (example).

When I go into changing the amount - it accepts it but am awaiting an OTP that doesn't come up etc. Anybody help thanks

Do they have your correct phone number?
Is it a payment to a santander regular saver or to another santander account or another instatution.

Anyway, Should the OTP be going to your mobile?
They will send it on your phone

it should have worked as all I am doing is changing the amount to start from next month. yes they have my proper mobile and they have sent all kinds of information and OTPs before. So I will ring the powers that be tomorrow. Thanks anyway guys.
Its probably not the problem but if its the monthly saver theres a limit of 200 pounds per month I think joan.
Are you sure you dont need to tick to say your able to accept an OTP call to your mobile.
And is there another option if your not

no Bobbs - I am actually paying more than £200 - more in the lines of £300 for quite some time now.
Ok so not the regular saver which is defo limitted to 200 amonth

perhaps you are right as it is going into a Credit Union account of which I am sure you can pay as much as you like. I'll know tomorrow. I am probably doing something wrong but I have done this before and there was no bother.

right - asked bot - and from what I gather - I need to make the changes before 8pm - so I will try again tomorrow. Like I have been trying from well before 8pm tonight. but we'll see
I am with cahoot part of stantander. Sometimes the OTP does go down, and it is normally at night times. Its not very often it happens.

well finally received a HUMAN (Adam) - told them what happened - and I didn't know this but he said next time - "Chat With Agent" and one should pop up. He actually updated the monies from his side. I did threaten that if I didn't get a proper chat - I am leaving with all my millions LOL
