It's a funny thing, this Twitter rubbish. People post inane and ill considered comments on it. Then they engage brain, realise what they posted was stupid, so they delete it. They think that's that and the deletion from Twitter somehow simultaneously removes it from the minds of those who have read it. I've got startling news - it doesn't. The world has seen it, many people have remembered it, some may have taken copies of it. Once it's said it's said and removing it from Twitter does not "unsay" it.
