I have a phone call from a friend in NI at 10.00 and then rest after that, it's all i can do at the moment.

had a shower, something i haven't done for 5 days, as i am frightened of tipping over in it. My courage seems have deserted me that's for sure. so had a wash down, not ideal at all.

For over bath showers, otherwise get a plastic stool for in a shower cubicle.

i don't have a bath carrot, only a slight step up shower, the base is too slippy, so have anti slip mats down. thanks for the various links, most helpful.

Hope you all have a jolly Sunday in store.

I have the train home from Newcastle. Or rather ... train, tube, train, bus replacement ... home from Newcastle.

But, hey ho. It's been fun here. Another night out in Newcastle ... wooo!!

We lost the game, but we were fab. We played in our third strip, because it's yellow and blue ... the Ukraine colours. And there were blue and yellow balloons. To show that, when we are over here having fun, we are thinking about those poor people over there having a horrid time.

Anyhoo ... brekkie time. Coffee and toast beckons.
