Marmite Jigsaw

Looks good, SJ and I do usually buy Gibsons jigsaws.
Presumably it helps if you spread it all over the table to start with? ;)

I always spread it all over the table and find the corners and edges first but this one is not rectangular. The edges are flat in places and they fit together edge to edge which makes it really difficult. I`m not going to give up though

I had a similar one many moons ago, round, double sided, Kings and Queens of England. Delighted to finish it and then a colleague asked to borrow it- - last I ever saw of it.

We used to be avid jigsaw doers, but I threw the towel in on this one. The Good Lady persevered though and managed to complete it.

I hadn't done a jigsaw since I was about 10 years old but I started doing Christmas ones about 5 years ago and then started doing them in lockdown. I bought them and then sold them on the internet. Nowadays, I keep my favourite ones to do again in maybe 5 years' time.

I just remembered what was on the reverse of my Rex/Regina one - Baked Beans!

No wonder I didn't pursue its return...
