Natural ways of increasing energy
6 Answers
I have recently started doing more training and am doing around 2 hours a night/6days a week (running, gym etc) the problem is during the day I feel shattered.
I know it's a case of getting use to it all but just wondered what is good for taking that shattered feeling away. I have to do around 2hrs a day as I have a metabolic disorder (without going into too much detail). Just wonder if anyone else feels the same or if it is just me. Thanks.

no i dont eat junk food - i eat about 80-90% correctly (due to the metabolic disorder) my only vice is coffee. i dont drink (well a glass of wine once in a blue moon these days or smoke).
I didnt do any exercise last night and today i am fine - however iron problems do run in my family. So i will mention it to the dr - i think it may just be a case of getting use to all the training that i am now doing. Thanks for the answers and mmm not sure i can do the liver thing but i will up my iron intake - thanks :-)
