I renewed the insurance on my car on line. But had trouble printing the documents. So I rang the help line. Very helpful lady. Asked for my date of birth and the numbers in my postcode. Then she said she would post the documents to me. I asked did she not want my name and policy number. She said she had all that information from the details I had given.
I was amazed at this really.

I'd get worried if I was you, Caran. When your date of birth identifies you uniquely, it means that everyone else of your age is already dead ;-)

You would have given the information on the first application it's just another database
