Time Clock On Hoover Oven

I need help to reset my clock on the cooker now that it is Summer time
I have been pressing all buttons and when I think the clock is set the time goes backwords
The display has a clock digital with 5 little symbols around
The instructions I have are not clear
Any help appreciated

Hoover oven I don't know.
Have you pressed the clock button, set the time then pressed the clock button again

Probably no help but the instructions say Push central button. Set time with "-" "+" buttons. Release all buttons.

^Possibly need to keep central button depressed while adjusting...then release it?

There are some videos on You Tube. On the site type in " How to change the clock on an oven " where there are several instruction videos to learn from.
