Bbc Quiz : Week 12

It’s Friday again! (They say that time goes faster when one is older. At the rate that the weeks have been going by for me recently, I’m not just ‘old’ but ‘ancient’!).

I struggled to get just THREE out of seven in the main quiz this week:

At least that was better than I managed in the junior quiz though: A big, fat NOUGHT out of five for me :(

I couldn’t achieve half marks in the timed quiz either. Just FOUR out of ten (and three of those were guesses!):

And i had to guess at all 10 in the speed quiz, managing to guess correctly on four occasions only.

How is it that the latecomers here tend to do rather better than the rest of us most weeks? Perhaps a good night's sleep is needed before attempting the quizzes?

Very well done, Emmie - and full marks for consistency! You're clearly infinitely better at being a kid this week than I am - and your other scores are quite impressive too!

Well done with those scores, Rowanwitch, which (when compared to to the dismal performances of most others this week) look very good.

1,2,4 - not much different from you, buenchico. I'd only read about two or three of the items so most were big,fat guesses.

With such a good performance as a kid, Twix, you shouldn't be going to social clubs but to play centres, I think! Well done, anyway!

I've just noticed that Tigger tried to sneak under the wire last night! (Further latecomers are still welcome, of course, though!).

Bang in the middle with both cores, I see, Tigger. With the quizzes having largely defeated many people this week, that's actually rather good!
