On Sunday April 10Th

It was so warm outside when hanging out my washing on April 11th I decided to stretch out on my sun lounger to get some vitamin D and as my skin got warmer and warmer, I removed most of my clothing to get maximin benefit. I got to thinking this: it was less than eleven weeks until June 21st, the longest day of the year and going the other way, would I risk sitting out in full sun last week in August, first week in September. Is the sun stronger and more damaging to skin 11 weeks before or after midsummers day?
