Outlook Font Reduced Greatly In Size.

Help please! I use a laptop with Firefox installed.
I don't know what I did this morning, but somehow, on my Outlook page the size of the font has reduced so dramatically that I can't even read any entries!
Any suggestions please? I have done the usual thing of turning my laptop off and then back on again, with no difference.

Hit CTRL+0 it's possibly you used CTRL + - to zoom out,
