What can I do with Gooseberries

I have loads of rhubarb too, and I just know I'm going to have a glut of raspberries, at least the goosgogs and rhubarb freeze!

rasps also freeze very well. Just open freeze them individually on a tray when frozen you can pack them away preferably in plastic containers until you need them once defrosted they taste like fresh rasps.
