I assume you are on a corporate network, then?

There are loads of off-the-shelf solutions, and it can be done manually by monitoring the proxy server. Every page viewed can be logged.

Yes, your emails can be monitored also, and probably are. Not only the destinations, but also the contents, if required. Companies have to be very careful about what is in emails nowadays. It is quite likely your mail is scanned for key words.

If the monitoring is properly set up, it is next to impossible to outwit it. It depends how thorough they are being.

What is it you are wanting to do? Something dodgy? You should just be happy if you get access for reasonable use.

I can store web addresses visited, pics viewed ...the lot.
