Rub a dub tub

Im sure I remember a brilliant TV program on weekend mornings during the very early eighties called something like Rb a Dub Tub? It was probably on ITV (before they had the Wide Awake Club and Roland Rat), and contained a series of cartoons abour animals I think. Perhaps Brian Cant appeared on it - though I cant remember - can anybody help?!

Okay, I have some more information � it was on Sunday mornings, and made up of several individual programs including a cartoon with a mole, and Dick King Smith telling a story with his dog!
