Manchester Airport - Arrival

I’m due to pick a couple of friends up from Terminal 1 in the morning. Bearing in mind that the parking charge is £6 per half hour, does anybody have any idea how long it will take from flight arrival time to them getting out at “the other side”.

Maybe 60 mins... but there having problems so could be longer at certain times and much more if flight is late.
Best to find somewhere nearby, park up about 40 mins after there due to land and wait for them to ring to say there luggage conveyor is now been loaded and going round
