Countersigning
I am helping a friend with his adoption documents from 1959. The centre in Dublin require a photocopy of a passport (from him and I) signed as a true likeness by “ Notary, Priest, Lawyer, Commissioner for Oaths, medical doctor, justice of the peace, university administrator, local law enforcement officer”. They require it to be STAMPED and signed. I’m having trouble finding people to do this. Nobody even has a stamp anymore! Any idea how o can do this?

A local law enforcement officer (i.e. a police officer) is unlikely to have one, nor is a Justice of the Peace. I doubt also whether a priest would have one. I have countersigned and verified many documents and I have never had a "stamp."
