Hi, I have a 2014 Citroën Dispatch whose dip beam headlamps suddenly failed last night. The side lights and main beam still work, just not the dip beam - on both sides of the car simultaneously. I've searched the handbook to locate the headlamp fuse but it's not listed in the book. Help! What could have caused this?
It could well be a problem with the dip-switch ie, it's switching from main beam to nothing rather than to dip beam. It's a long time since I messed about with vehicle electrics but I have a feeling that headlamps aren't fused nowadays, they switch to an emergency mode to save you from going into total blackness.

It’s likely that the dipped lights are operated via a relay – therefore while checking the fuses, check that the relays are fully seated (pushed home) in their sockets.
Thank you for these! There are three separate fuse locations on this van, unfortunately the fuses boxes are a little messy as it's been fitted with a refrigeration unit and extra wiring is present. I can't see any obvious fuse issues so I'll investigate the dip-switch theory. I have a pretty decent diagnostics machine which hasn't thrown up any issues. I've checked the bulbs too and they don't appear to be blown.
