Activating

Don't know if I am on the right site, but here goes : _
I won a prize £50 3 months ago, they got my address wrong (it was printed so
I don't know how they made that mistake) but now after the 3 months waiting
for the cheque THEY have sent me a Gift Card One4all and no instructions on
how to activate it. I tried going unto their site but all I am getting is how to
top up etc Can anyone help Please.
Must say I would have preferred the cash to put towards my electric bill

if it's for £50 you probably dont have to activate it per se, just spend it.
you can convert it into cash by using it to buy things you normally would have bought, and putting aside the cash you didnt spend to your electricity bill

A One4All card is already 'activated' when you receive it. (The 'activation' part is done by the cashier or website that sold it).

It's basically a pre-loaded debit card that can only be use in certain stores (or on certain websites). The only reasons that one might need to go online to do anything are to check how much credit is left on it and/or to top it up with additional credit.
